Do you have a daily fertility routine?

I do! My daily fertility routine came about from struggling to conceive. I will tell you this, it is never too early to practice a healthy fertility routine. Whether you plan to have children or not your health as a woman should always be a priority on your list. Having well-balanced hormones can make a huge difference in your everyday life.

Since around 2011 my husband and I have tried to become pregnant. We didn’t take it seriously in the beginning besides not preventing. The crazy TTC (trying to conceive) lady did not rear her ugly head until years later. You know the lady who pees on a million test from ovulation to pregnancy. Waking up at the crack of dawn to take her temperature and taking the fun out of sex by needing to schedule it around ovulation time.

For me, all of this did not matter and would feel like a waste of time because I was not ovulating, AT ALL. I guess you can say that if it was not for taking my temperature and using ovulation kits I would not have known for sure that I was not ovulating. My periods were irregular but since I would eventually have one I assumed I was ovulating at least when I would have my cycle. Nope, I was so wrong.

Fast forward to 2016, after having infertility treatments that failed, I decided to give a few products a try from the Natural Fertility Shop. I discovered them from reading their blogs and watching their YouTube channel. I figured since we had spent so much on infertility treatments why not give them a go. With a change in my diet and the use of these products, I was able to have my first non-medicated cycle. By now I had not had a cycle since my last fertility treatment in 2015.

I was able to become pregnant by adopting a vegan diet and using these products that I mention in this article: Regulate your Cycle Naturally. Unfortunately, that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage but I am now preparing my body to become pregnant once again and listed below are the items I currently use in my daily fertility routine while struggling to conceive again.

Fertility Preparation Kit includes:

  • Fertile Woman One Daily – Whole Food Multivitamin (60 tablets),
  • Fertilica Cod Liver Oil (100 softgels),
  • FertiliCare Phase 1 (2 oz.),
  • FertiliCare Phase 2 (2 oz.), and
  • Instructions for the Pregnancy Preparation Kit

Fertility Smoothie Kit includes:

  • Active Bee Power (11.5 oz.),
  • Maca Powder – Organic (3 oz.),
  • FertiliGreens – Superfood Nutrition (8.8 oz.),
  • Fertilica Plant Protein Powder – Vanilla (15 servings),
  • Instructions for Fertility Smoothie Kit, and
  • ‘Fertility Smoothies: Elixirs for Optimal Fertility’ eBook

As part of my daily fertility routine, I use the Fertile Woman One Daily and Fertilica Cod Liver Oil pills. I also use the FertiliCare Phase 1, from cycle day 4-15, and FertiliCare Phase 2, from cycle day 16-28, once in the morning and once in the evening. FertiliCare Phase 1 and Phase 2 are tinctures that you can add to water, juice or smoothie. I like to shoot it quickly like a shot with water. And I won’t lie to you and say it taste like candy but the products have proved to work for me before. I just put my big girl panties on and drink it as fast as I can.

What is your daily fertility routine? My day includes a fertility smoothie.

In the morning I also prepare a smoothie that I will have at lunchtime. My lunchtime smoothie is only prepared in the morning, Monday – Friday, because I work outside of my home. All of the ingredients listed above I put into my smoothie along with my fruit of choice, usually a banana or strawberries or mango, along with spinach. For the liquid, I use either coconut cream, coconut milk or water. The smoothie holds up in the refrigerator until I am ready to break my intermittent fast for the day.

I love to have a smoothie each day and am always looking for new tasty recipes. Feel free to drop a comment below letting me know what your favorite smoothies are. Are you heavy on the veggies or the fruit?

From my healing heart to yours,

Quita
